Lake Superior Community Health Center
Lake Superior Community Health Center (LSCHC) is a community health center dedicated to providing quality medical, dental and behavioral health care to everyone in need, regardless of insurance or ability to pay. LSCHC welcomes patients with private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or no insurance, exercising a compassionate, non-judgmental, intentionally inclusive, and respectful approach to care.
LSCHC treats patients in a variety of locations, offering medical, dental, behavioral health, and chiropractic care in Duluth and Superior as well as dental and chiropractic care in Carlton and substance abuse care in Superior. LSCHC’s Health Care Insurance Navigators are available at their Health Care Access Offices, located at both the Duluth and Superior LSCHC clinics.

In addition to our coaching, training, and occupational therapy we are leading this area in offering technology support to help people challenged by vision loss, aging or disability harness the power of technology to live safer, more connected lives.
