  • Outreach: Broad outreach in the community to Identify our African Heritage elders

  • Telephone Reassurance (Companionship, how are people doing)

  • Visiting (Elder visits/companionship)

Our elder care program is also supported with Micro-Funding from Duluth Age-Friendly, co-led by Ecolibrium3 (Eco3)
